About Ninku - The Animated Series

Ninku is an animated series created by Anime. It is an special martial art form somewhat like Ninja. The Ninku clan is divided into 12 sub-divisions, each group having its unique techniques derived from 12 distinct dragons. Each of these sub-divisions are named after the 12 months of the year ( I suppose they are Japanese months ) and are called Ninku cores. The 12 cores are headed by Ninku sensei (master) Raishu. 

The Ninkus are  by nature non-interfering in civilian life. However they wage a war against the military government newly formed under the tyrannical leadership of Arch bishop Kojin ( Formerly a Ninku sensai he joined the Imperial army lusting for absolute power.

* Here the Ninku warrior can speak through animals like dogs and even convert himself into one. They also possess control over animals. It is noteworthy that Ninku warriors of the 11th core never reveal themselves to other people and it is said if a person looks at such a Ninku he is cursed with bad luck or he may even die.
