About Phusuke
(Former Ninku captain Core 1)
Phusuke has an expertise in wind power. His mother Yamabuki has certain special powers which can help in summoning the sky dragon. She was kidnapped and during the search for her he joined the Ninku and became captain of Core no.1 Ne-nin. He derives his powers from the Wind dragon. He eats quite a lot and has a pet penguin Hirayuki.
Here are his Ninku techniques:
1) Kuatsuken ( Khu-hatsu-ken)
Here Phusuke creates a ball of wind and drives it down his enemy causing the adversary to fly back and bang against anything behind. He uses this technique to finish off his rivals. I remember its explanation and it goes somewhat like this : A high pressure area is created in his hand causing wind to accumulate.

2) Kushriken (Khu-shuri-ken)
This technique is somewhat like the Ninjustsu (Ninja) shuriken. Only difference is that the shrunikens are made of wind . The explanation is somewhat the same as Kuatsuken.
Info quip: Shruniken is a flat , round metallic thing with sharp, bladed edges.
3)Kunisen (Ku-nese-en)
The same high pressure explanation. Here Phusuke creates a tornado around him. The explanation also says that it is harmful both to the adversary and the performer.
4)Kubuchin (Khu-bu-chene)
In this technique , Phusuke creates an illusion that there are many of him and confuses his adversary. The explanation part says that this is achieved by moving in a high velocity.
5)Kubuyo
Here Phusuke hypnotizes his opponents with objects. Generally he uses leaves i.e. throws them in the air but in one instance he uses fruits for hypnotizing ( Not by throwing the fruits, but by shaking them when they are on the tree.)
6)Kuatsubunken (Khu-hatsu-bu-nik-en)
This is the same as Kushriken technique, only difference being that they are smaller and there are many of them.
7)Kuatsuhu (Khu-hatsu-hoo)
It is somewhat like Kuatsuken technique. Here Phusuke squeezes the ball (which is rather flat) into the ground and the size of the wind ball goes on increasing. It is used by him only once during his rendezvous with Kusumi in the ship. The whole ship rocks during that time.
